Tea Time Snack

 





Everyone like tea time snacks because it is easy to make and delicious in taste. Specially in winters and when its raining, everyone wants to have  some unique item with a cup of tea. So, today i am sharing with you a very tasty, toothsome, and delectable recipe of 'special rolls'. Hope you guys will like it and share it with your family and friends.

 

Ingredients:

1 pack Lasagne strips

1/2 kg Chicken (cut in small cubes)

 

For Red Sauce:

1-3 Tomatoes puree

1-2 Chopped Onion

2 Finely Chopped chilies 

Salt to taste

Red chilies flacks 

 

 For white Sauce:

2 tablespoon butter 

½ cup corn flour

1 tablespoon brown flour

½ cup water

½ cup full cream milk 

¼ cup Mozzarella cheese 

Salt n black pepper to taste

 

Binding sauce:

2 tablespoon white flour

2 tablespoon water

 

For coating:

3 tablespoon corn flour

3 beaten eggs

1 cup bread crumbs

Place them all in separate bowls

 

Instructions:

1.      Half boil lasagna strips with 1 tablespoon oil and set them aside.

2.      Now prepare red sauce for this take some finely chopped onion and tomatoes puree in frying pan and let them on low flame for 10-15 mins.

3.      Mix them well add green chilies.

4.      Now add spices i.e. salt and red chilies flacks according to your taste.

5.      Now take separate frying pan add some oil and add chicken in it and let it cook for 15 min. 

6.      For white sauce melt butter in a frying pan add corn flour and brown flour stirrer them well. 

7.      Now add full cream milk.

8.      Stirrer continuously and add some water in it.

9.      Now add Mozzarella cheese in it. 

10.  Make a thick mixture. 

11.  Now cut each boiled strip in to three parts.

12.  Spread some white sauce then red sauce, place chicken and add some mozzarella cheese.

13.  Roll it and bind it with binding sauce. 

14.  For coating first dip rolls in corn flour, then in egg and then in bread crumbs.

15.  Freeze them for half an hour. 

16.  Now shallow fry these rolls on low flame, from all sides.

17.  Serve it with ketchup.
